2016 Vauxhall Corsa cut out while driving, crank but no start, no communication with ecu, another mobile mechanic attended and changed coil pack, crank sensor, and airflow meter!!!! same fault. We attended diagnosed engine control relay not energising, by passed relay to test and read ecu dtcs, car started. diagnose signal wire to from ecu to relay open circuit, opened up wiring loom to find broken wire, repaired and success, No new parts required apart from 3ins of wire and solder connectors. We test not replace give us a call before the parts cannon is operated.

VW Caddy 2015
Customer complaint car in limp mode, engine management light illuminated, been to another garage that diagnosed faulty boost control solenoid, replace with vw genuine unit... SAME FAULT. We attended and carried out full system scan, fault for electrical circuit on boost control solenoid, checked wiring back to the ecu with manufactures wiring diagrams, fault signal wire from ecu open circuit, checked wiring loom and found broken wire again, repaired and put back together, no faults and customer happy, another example of replacing and guessing without testing properly and a expensive repair for no reason... Mercedes C220 cdi DPF Fault, vehicle had DPF fault light illuminated, DPF failed to regen, carried out diagnostics and live data revealed DPF differential pressure was not what it should be, carried out test for blockages and all ok, Differential pressure sensor replaced DPF cleaned and forced regen carried out on road and all is now ok
